What is an Activity and what is a Session?
Activity: An activity is the overall program, class, or event that consists of one or more scheduled sessions. For example, a "Beginner Soccer Program" or "Summer Art Camp" would be an activity.
Session: A session is an individual occurrence of an activity that takes place on a specific date and time. For example, a single soccer practice on Monday at 4 PM or an art class session on July 10. You can allow users to book all sessions as a package, and/ or let them book individual sessions separately.
How can I add additional fields to each activity?
You can add additional fields to an activity, such as "activity types", "tutor name", "term", "experience level", to help group your activities into different categories. This can be configured in Settings/ Field configuration/ Activity fields. For more details, please refer to this article.
Can I change the ticket price after registration is open?
Yes, you can update the ticket price even after you receive bookings. Price on existing completed bookings will not be impacted.
