Create bookings as admin
Pembee helps you create a self-service booking engine so that your customers can book directly without having to contact you. However there is the option for admin users to create bookings manually, which might be useful in certain situations.
Step 1: Visit the Bookings tab, and click on the Create new button.
Step 2: You will then be asked to select the user - you can type in the user name for search. If this is a new user, you will need to create the user first in the Users tab.
Step 3: After selecting the user, you will be prompted to choose which attendee you'd like to book. You can create new attendees here too.
Step 4: The next step is to search and select the Activity you wish to book the attendee into. You can choose multiple sessions at the same time. There will be some warnings if the same attendee has already booked into some sessions, or if sessions are full. However, as admin, you can override these warnings (e.g., you can book someone in even though the session is full)
If you wish to add a new attendee or a new activity, click the Add item button and repeat Step 3 and 4.
Step 5: Click Save button to finish the booking. You will then be redirected to the Completed booking, where you can manually send the confirmation email, add fees/ deductions, and send a payment link to the user where they can pay by credit card offline.
For Pembee Premium plan admins, if users have available account credits, you can also apply account credits to this booking.
