Send payment email and payment reminder
If you have any bookings with outstanding balances, or if you have created a new booking in the admin area, you can send an email with payment instructions to the user.
Send Individual Emails
To send individual payment emails, go to the booking and click on Send payment email.
You will then see a pop-up window where you can configure the email address and message to send. Alternatively, you can also copy the payment link by clicking the Copy button and send this link to your user (e.g., via text, WhatsApp).
Recipients of the email can click on the payment link and will be directed to the payment page (as shown in the screenshot below). They don't need to be logged in to complete the payment and can choose how much to pay (with the default amount being the total outstanding balance).
Send Bulk Payment Emails
You can also send payment emails in bulk. To do this, go to the Bookings tab, set the Balance filter to 'Balance outstanding' and the Status filter to 'Completed' and click Apply filters.
You can then select multiple bookings or all bookings and click Send payment email.
