Payment Plans
Payment plans on Pembee allow you to set a deposit option with a follow-up payment date that is automatically charged. This gives your customers the flexibility to secure their place with an upfront deposit, while the remaining balance is collected automatically on a date you choose.

Setting up a payment plan
Payment plans will only work on All Sessions Tickets. When creating an All Sessions ticket, you will see the option to set up a payment plan.
You can set a deposit amount, which will be taken immediately on checkout, and then set a payment due date on which the remainder of the payment will be automatically charged.
How payment plans are charged
Payment plans are only offered to users booking at least 7 days before the payment due date. After this point, the payment plan option is no longer available, but the user will still be able to pay for the ticket in full.
Viewing payment plans on your bookings tab
Payment plans display slightly differently on your Bookings tab. They will show an icon next to the amount to indicate that the booking is a payment plan and that a deposit has been taken, making it easy to identify these bookings at a glance.

We have also added additional filters to the Bookings tab to help you keep track of payment plans. Using the Balance filter, you can now filter by:
- Collection scheduled: Shows bookings where a payment is scheduled to be collected on the payment due date.
- Collection failed: Shows bookings where an automatic payment attempt has failed.
FAQs
Will users be able to check out other activities?
Yes. Users will still be able to check out and pay for other activities, as well as the deposit, in the same transaction.
What happens if the payment fails?
The payment will be attempted several times. If it is still unsuccessful, the booking will move into Outstanding on your Bookings tab.
Can users pay their plan early?
Yes. Users can log into their My Account area and pay off their plan before the payment due date.
