Setting up private or 1-to-1 sessions

Use the settings below when you want sessions that aren’t openly bookable by everyone (private lessons, 1-to-1 coaching, client-only classes).

Two ways to restrict access

1) Hide the activity from your public page

• Remove the activity from listings so it isn’t discoverable on your public page.
• Book the session manually for the client, then send them a payment link so they can pay online.
• Send them a link directly to the activity so they can book

2) Password-protect the activity

• Add a password to the activity so only people who have the password can view and book it.
• Share the password only with the intended attendees.

You will find both of these options on the settings tab within the activity.

Important setting for 1-2-1s (and small private classes)

• Set Place Limit to 1 for true 1-to-1 sessions. Once that slot is booked, the date will appear as sold out.
• For private lessons with multiple attendees, set the capacity to the maximum number of people you can host at once.
