Setting up Automatic Session Reminders

You can set up automatic session reminders when creating or editing an activity in the Settings tab.

Scroll down until you come to 'Reminders' it will look like this:

From here, you have the following options:

• Don't send reminders
• For the first session only
• Every session

You can set your own time range for when to send the reminder.
