Manage User and Attendee
In Pembee, you can manage both users and attendees through dedicated tabs in the system. This guide will walk you through the key functionalities available in the Users and Attendees tabs, including how to create new entries, edit, delete, and manage access.
Managing Users
The Users tab allows you to manage all the registered users in your system. Users are typically the account holders who can make bookings on behalf of attendees.
Creating a New User
- Click the Create new button.
- Fill in the necessary details, including first name, last name, email, and address.
- Click Save to create the user.
Managing Users
To manage users, click on the three-dot menu button (⋮) located on the right side of the user's row. This will open a dropdown menu with available actions.
- View – View user details.
- Edit – Modify user information.
- Delete – Permanently remove a user from the system.
- Disable – Disabling a user account prevents them from making new bookings. This is useful for cases such as bad payers. Once a user is disabled, they cannot log in or make any new bookings, but their historical data will remain in the system.
Managing Attendees
The Attendees tab allows you to manage individuals attending sessions. Attendees are linked to a user (such as a parent booking on behalf of a child).
Creating a New Attendee
- Click the Create new button.
- Enter the attendee’s details, such as first name, last name, and date of birth.
- Click Save to add the attendee.
Managing Attendees
Each attendee has a dropdown menu with options:
- View – View attendee details.
- Edit – Modify attendee information.
- Delete – Permanently remove an attendee from the system.
