Q: For the same time period, why are the revenue figures different in the Activity Sales Report, Monthly Revenue Report, and Admin dashboard?

A: Activity Sales Report is based on how many tickets have been sold for each session, and the monetary value of that ticket, plus any add-ons. It does not take into account any deductions, discounts, or subscription ticket sales.

The Monthly Revenue Report and Admin Dashboard include all sales, deductions, refunds and discounts. The Monthly Revenue Report is best suited for accounting or financial reporting.
