Multiple Admin Users
Pembee supports creating multiple admin users, each with different access levels. To configure your admin users, please go to Admin > Settings > Admin users.
Add new admin users
To add a new admin user, click on Add new and fill in the required information. If the email address has not been registered with your Pembee site before, an email will be sent automatically to the email address so that the user can set up a password to access the admin account. If the email address exists, the admin user can access the admin area with their existing login details immediately.
Access levels
Currently, there are three types of admin users with different access levels:
- Full access: this gives the admin user full access to everything in the Admin area. The user can also create new admin users/ remove access for existing admin users.
- All activity attendance registers: this gives the admin access to all attendance registers in the activities tab. The admin user will not be able to see any other information or make changes to the activity listing. Any financial info related to the bookings will be hidden (such as booking total, booking balance and payment method).
- Activity attendance registers that match filters: this gives the admin access to selected attendance registers. Any financial info related to the bookings will be hidden (such as booking total, booking balance and payment method). The filters available to use are those set up in the activities field. Edit or remove existing admin users' access
Click on Edit or Remove access next to the admin user. A dialogue box will pop up to confirm your action.
Note: Lite plan supports 2 admin users, Standard plan supports up to 5 admin users and Premium plan supports an unlimited number of admin users.
