Viewing Single or Multiple Sessions

After opening any register, you can easily include additional sessions in that single view:

  1. Click the Sessions dropdown button.
  2. Select the other sessions you wish to include.

Example: You can select/unselect all days or tick specific days to choose what date ranges you wish to see.



Searching for an Attendee, Ticket Type and Status

Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific attendee within the register.


You can also filter by Ticket Type and Status.


Attendance Tracking

To start tracking attendance, you must first enable the relevant features:

  • Click the Configure button in any attendance register.
  • Choose to enable Check-in, Check-out, or both, depending on your specific requirements.

Managing Attendance

Once enabled, you can track attendance using the following methods:

Absent:


Configuration

You choose exactly what information appears on your register by ticking the specific fields you've set up. Once a field is ticked, it will immediately display on your register. More details on configuring fields can be found on the Field Configuration help page.

Reordering and Adding Columns

  • Reordering: To rearrange the order of columns (for viewing or for downloadable registers), First click on Configure then click the Reorder button. You can then simply drag and drop the columns into your preferred sequence.

  • Adding Columns: You also have the ability to add extra columns to the register for specific requirements, such as collecting signatures.



Emailing Attendees

Email all users/ attendees registered in the activity/ sessionIf you need to send an email notification (e.g., change of venue or time, ask for feedback after the activity/session) to all users/ attendees booked in an activity/ session, you can click Email button at the bottom of the session register/ roster.

The Email button in your session register will allow you to email all users who have booked into an activity/ session as a whole.


Table View

You can also view your registers in a table view displaying the configuration options you have selected this is very useful if you are working from a tablet or desktop.
