Email Settings
You can customise the message and preview the automatic email sent to your users.
Booking confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to users when they successfully place a booking. The email will automatically include the details of the activities they have booked.
You can also include a message relating to the activity being booked by adding this in the Settings step of the create activity form.
Admin Booking Notification Email
This will send an email to your chosen admin email address every time a booking is placed or updated. You can choose what email address to receive this notification.
Abandoned Cart Email
For premium plan users, you can also configure an automatic abandoned cart email, which will be sent after certain hours when a user has abandoned a booking. The email will automatically contain a button which the user can click and return to the booking page.
